This limited warranty covers water corrosion and termite issues for Acpplus cabinets under normal use or in wet environments such as bathrooms.

For kitchen projects, a minimum of 2 FT Acpplus cabinet will be required to be done on each side of the Acpplus sink cabinet in order for the Limited Warranty to be valid. If the sink is located at the corner or next to a wall, only 1 side of the sink needs to fulfil the 2 FT Acpplus cabinet requirement. Click here for more information.

The limited warranty does not cover products that have been misused, or cleaned with wrong cleaning agents and methods. The warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by wear and tear, damage due to accidents or impacts, or any cuts and scratches.

In addition, the limited warranty will not be valid if your Acpplus kitchen cabinet under the sink does not have a minimum of 2 FT Acpplus cabinet on each side.

Step 1: The Limited Warranty will only be valid after full payment of your whole renovation invoice is completed.

Step 2: Upon full payment, your contractor or interior designer will contact Acpplus to assist with the registration of your Limited Warranty.

Step 3: Your contractor or interior designer will gather the information needed to register the Limited Warranty on site.

Step 4: The Acpplus Warranty Plate will be installed on your Acpplus carcass by your contractor or interior designer w.e.f. 1st June 2022.

These information will be needed in order for us to assist with the registration of your Limited Warranty.

Produce your invoice and Acpplus Warranty Plate as proof of purchase from your contractor or interior designer in order for the limited warranty to be valid.

The limited warranty is valid for 20 years and it will only be valid after full payment of your whole renovation invoice is completed.

In order to activate the 20 years limited warranty, you must return the Warranty Registration Form within 30 days of purchase. The limited warranty starts on the day the Warranty Registration Form is submitted.

Senario #1:

If the Acpplus cabinet is fabricated by Ohana Group, we will look into the product and decide if the problem is covered under the limited warranty. The company will make the final decision to repair the defective product. Under these circumstances, the company will bear the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel. During the course of repair works, any defective parts removed will be become the property of Ohana Group.

Senario #2:

If Acpplus cabinet is fabricated by your contractor/interior designer, we will look into the product and decide if the problem is covered under the limited warranty. The company will make the final decision to refund the amount of panels needed to repair the damaged area. Under these circumstances, the company will NOT bear the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel.

Ohana Group will be not held responsible for any poor workmanship done by your contractors/interior designers.

If a warranty claim applied is not covered by the limited warranty, the consumer will have to bear the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel that Ohana Group incurs. Costs of travelling and labour will be at S$100 per trip.
